Michael Polasek is a pro sim racer and highly competitive real-world driver and racer. With a 9000+ iRating, Michael ranks in the top 0.1% worldwide. His sim and karting experience have translated directly to pro-level real-world performance on track in both wet and dry conditions, including an overall win in a field of 73 cars at the 2026 Watkins Glen Silicon Sky ChampCar event and setting the fastest pace on track during his stint at Sebring. His real-world track experience includes Sebring, Watkins Glen, Virginia International Raceway, Lime Rock, Daytona International Raceway, NJMP Lightning & Thunderbolt, Thompson Motorsports Park, Pocono, and Circuits de Vendée (France). He has driven a broad range of cars, from street cars such as the Porsche 911 and Alfa Giulia to race cars including the Porsche Spec Boxster, Toyota GR Cup, Spec Miata, and EuroNASCAR.
Michael knows firsthand that excellence in sim training can make you extremely fast and consistent on track, and he is driven to help drivers realize those same benefits in both sim and real-world performance.
Michael has expertise in custom car modeling and car setup. He is currently a setup engineer for Track Titan, developing IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge car setups and creating benchmark “hot lap” reference laps for its AI-driven coaching platform.
In sim racing, Michael is the 2024 SRO eSports Champion, an IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Champion, Porsche Club of America National Champion, and he holds world records across several car and track combinations. His iRacing Top-Split Broadcast wins include the 2025 Nürburgring 24 Hours (TCR), 2024 IMSA Vintage Road America 500 (Audi GTO Quattro), 2026 IMSA Classic 500 (Audi GTO), and three solo 12-hour Top-Split event wins.
Michael holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, allowing him to approach driving physics and vehicle dynamics from both mathematical and real-world perspectives. He is also well versed in the teachings of Ross Bentley, Carroll Smith, and Skip Barber, among others.
